Spring Detox Mini Retreat: Body-Mind-Soul Reset & Recalibration
Cleanse your body and recharge your life force as we welcome the warmer months ahead! Participants will be invited to join us in a 24 hour juice fast and shamanic healing detox. (Hi btw ....we are Sandra and Jillian, both of us are conscious mamas...one of which is a Shamanic Practitioner/Reiki Master Teacher + the other is a Naturopath/Holistic Health Coach).
We will be meeting in space where the highest vibrations and frequencies exist...a Merkaba; in sacred geometry, this is a literal vehicle for your soul's ascension. We will offer four, organic juice "meals" throughout the day as a way of imbibing sun energy, cleansing the physical body, and supporting detoxification. We will also do a juicing demo with lots of time for Q + A.
Our other offerings for spiritual purification will consist of a welcome meditation, a detox-focused Yogic belly massage followed by a group Reiki session in savasana (yum!), a trauma-focused shamanic healing journey, and guided breathwork/journaling/dreamcasting session.
