The LoveMore Method
The spiritual emergence that is triggered by the process of becoming a mother is one of the most profound rites of passage in a woman's life. This natural transition is an essential and necessary part of life and the human journey toward wholeness, and yet, humans are not meant to go into the cocoon of transformation alone. With the wisdom of someone who can guide you and support you through your journey, your spiritual emergence can become a launchpad into your awakening and expansion on every level.
The LoveMoreStudio is a place to be seen, heard, held, and witnessed. As a Mother's Rebirth Doula, I primarily offer support in three ways:

As a Reiki Master Teacher & INELDA-Certified Death Doula, I use Shamanic Healing, Reiki, and Transformational Coaching to lovingly support my clients, meeting them wherever they are on their journey.
After nearly two decades committed to initiating my own spiritual awakening, I have alchemized much of my personal trauma, and I now channel this energy of evolution into supporting others on their healing path.
My modalities include Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness practice, Transformational Coaching, Shamanic Healing, Inner Child Work, Somatic Experiencing, Sacred Embodiment Practices, Conscious Conception, Sared Union, Sacred Ceremonies, Rites of Passage, Reiki, Reiki Workshops, and Diamond Energy hands-on healing.
