Dear Jillian, I came to one of your women's circles a few months ago, and, frankly, I won't be coming back. It was awful. I cried in front of a bunch of strangers–how mortifying...and I mean, I just couldn't stop crying. So much guilt and shame and awfulness came bubbling up...especially around how I treat my children. And afterward, everyone seemed like it was totally normal, but it wasn't normal for me. I was humiliated. I never want to have that experience ever again. Utte
